Sunday Selections- Ode to Light

So, although it isn't quite Sunday here in Britain, I don't want to miss the Australian Sunday fun at Frogpondsrock. As you may or may not have noticed I am obsessed with light; the way it creates shadows, blinds white, filters through glass and is channelled by constructions. Here are some photos of the light doing all the work for me and making everything beautiful.

  1. I love the light as well. What is the first photo? Or I should say where is the first photo? It is gorgeous. They are all lovely But that first shot speaks to me. Thankyou for joining in Francesca :)

  2. Oh, he is very cheeky indeed. Thank you for that, your Sunday selection will make my day! I also loved your first photo, it is absolutely amazing. I like it almost as much as my favourite photo of yours, the one taken in Morocco, through a stained glass window. I couldn't find it again through your old posts, perhaps you could let me know which one it's in?

  3. I love the first one too, it's stunning. The cat on the top is great too ... I love how it's the same colour as the concrete (?) so you don't see it immediately, it's like a little hidden puzzle in there :)

  4. The first one is from Gaudi Park in Barcelona, so I think it might be the work of the architecture rather than my photography skills. The Morocco photo is posted under Sunday Selections, the first one from January (there are three now so it's confusing!)

  8. I think its unanimous. Everyone loves your first shot, me included. It has an old world feel, medieval, all that rough hewn stone and that golden light. And all cats area cheeky. I'm just discovering that with my new kitten!

Thanks for passing by my blog and your comment on my photos.
